Get webhook settings. See webhook documentation in introduction. The webhook settings consist of:
- One or more URL's allowing redundancy. Webhook will be sent to all URLS's
- Optional HTTP Basic auth useranme to be used in requests
- Optional HTTP Basic auth password to be used in requests
- Flag enabling or disabling webhooks
- Auto generated secret to be used for authentication of webhooks requests
